Topsham Hideaway is a new, peaceful self-contained luxury annex in the very heart of Topsham:

  • Driveway parking for 2 cars at the property (opt EV charging)
  • Superking (or twin by request)
  • Luxury shower room

  • 5-min to Topsham train station

2 minutes walk from the high street, the river and the various pubs and restaurants Topsham has to offer.

An ideal base for visiting Topsham, University visits, rugby, or as a base for exploring Devon.

 

 

In addition to the annex, the main home also offers an additional 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a living room, 2 further bath/shower tooms, a large open-plan kitchen/diner and private garden.

Accommodation Specifics

General: The accommodation is a newly built fully self-contained annex with its own entrance, luxury shower room, utility/kitchenette and underfloor heating throughout.

Bedroom: The bedroom offers a super king bed or twin beds—exceptionally comfortable and made up with quality bedding.

Shower Room: Features a generously sized shower, WC, and vanity/sink unit.

Utility/Kitchenette: Includes a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a small fridge, microwave, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking: Includes drive way parking for up to 2 cars. 

Please Note: Topsham is an old Devon village; access to the accommodation is via a narrow 'cul-de-sac' which is shared with pedestrians road and is not suited for large vehicles.
